Bike Night began as an idea sparked when Alex “Lex” Danyluk, Jr., President of the Sherburne Wheelers ATV Club, Inc., attended a Cruise-In at Gilligan’s Island in 2007. He asked Mike, an owner of Gillian’s about a night for motorcycle riders to meet. Mike gave him the green light! The first Bike Night was in June of ‘07. A total of 37 motorcycles showed up, with the number of motorcycles growing weekly!

Beginning in January, plans start for Bike Night, which begins the first Wednesday of May. There is a free raffle for everyone arriving on a motorcycle. Gifts and gift certificates are generously donated from local merchants as well as merchants from surrounding counties! There is also a weekly 50/50 raffle, which is the mechanism for raising money for people battling cancer. Check out the 50/50 Raffle page for more on this raffle.
